Kathleen Cammarata lives and works in Lowell, Massachusetts. She teaches painting and printmaking at the DeCordova Museum, the Worcester Art Museum, the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and at her own X/O Studio. She has had numerous shows throughout New England, including solo shows at the Copley Society of Art in Boston, University of Massachusetts, Lowell, University Place at Harvard, and the Dean’s Gallery at MIT. She has received five Massachusetts Cultural Commission grants and an Artist Incentive grant from the City of Lowell as well as several juror’s awards. She is a member of the Boston Printmakers and the Arts League of Lowell. She completed a month’s residency at Vermont Studio Center in the year 2000 and again in 2007.
